Mercer Warehouse- 104 Ave and 104 St

The Mercer Warehouse sits at the corner of 104 Ave and 104 St.  I don't have much information on building, but, I will speculate that it was used as some sort of rail to truck transfer facility for produce. Obvisouly the big sign stating "Fresh Fruits and Vegetables", as well as the sign above one loading doors that says "Fruit". I would assume railcars would be delivered to the rear (east side) of the building, unload, and then the produce would be loaded on to trucks parked at the loading docks facing 104 Ave. The trucks would then deliver the produce to stores. There is one loading door with "Receiving" above it. It appears that the Mercer Warehouse may have had an addition added on the south side. The Mercer Warehouse presently sits empty.
