Armstrong Block- 104 St and 101 Ave.

The Armstrong Block was built in 1912, using brick and steel throughout in it's construction. The building was built to house wholesale businesses in the basement and first floor, offices on the second floor, and residential units on the third and forth floor.
The Armstrong Block was likely served by the Canadian National line that ran down the alley between 103 St and 104 St.  Loading docks for railcars would have been on the west side of the building, while it appears loading docks for trucks were located on the south side of the building.
