2006-08 Photos of Edmonton website updates:
October 20, 2008. There we
go... less than 1 month between updates! Went and shot a few buildings around
the Government Centre area today.
Legislature (X3), Legislature Annex (X1), Sir Frederick W. Haultain Building
(X2), The Bowker Building (X1), The Federal Public Building (X4), The
Professional Building (X1), Petroleum Plaza (X2), 107 St Streetscape (X1).
October 4, 2008: Added 26 new photos. Telus North tower (X1), Moser and Ryder Block (X1), High Level Bridge (X13), River Valley (X11).
July 12, 2007: Added 15 New Photos to a new Warehouse District section. It's been awhile since I lasted updated...I took a walk down a few back alleys around 104 St. to document the backsides of some of the remaining buildings in this area that would have been served by rail. I will return back there over the course of a few days and more thoroughly document some of the structures in that area on film. I'm am trying to dig up any information and photos I can on the various railway lines that operated amongst the buildings in Edmonton's Warehouse District, and the CN Yard located north of 104 Ave. I can be contacted at by email.
